PLACE AND DATE: (14-22 July 2019) in Leskovac, SERBIA.
PARTICIPANTS: 30 young people (5 from each country).
COUNTRY: Partner countries will be from Serbia, Denmark, Montenegro, Kosovo, Greece and North Macedonia.
LANGUAGE: The working language will be English.
Interested candidates can fill in the application form no later than June 15th, 2019.
Participants are obliged to attend and be active throughout the duration of the project, as well as taking part in the dissemination activities after the end of the seminar.
Next Generation NGO is a partner organization with 5 other organizations from Serbia, Kosovo, Greece, Montenegro and Denmark on the project “Increasing Quality of Activities Targeting Rural Youth” which includes several activities along with this training course in Leskovac, Serbia, which will be held 14 – 22 July, 2019.
The training course will have several parts. First part will provide the participants space to share and reflect on the process of applying lessons learned from study visit in their environment. In this case, the participants will identify possible obstacles and brainstorm ideas how to overcome them. The second part will focus on developing participant’s competencies to deliver quality activities targeting rural youth. The participants will take part in discussions, debates, simulations, role plays. After the participants will focus on developing their capacities to include community in their work with rural youth and implement activities leading to community change. Last part of the training course will focus on planning capacity building activities.
Priority will be given to participants who have not participated in Erasmus + projects so far.
This activity is funded by the European Commission from the Erasmus + program. All costs are covered by the organizer (accommodation, food, refreshment), as well as covering the travel costs to the place of maintenance, according to the conditions stated in the Info Pack. After the completion of the training course, the participants will receive a YouthPass certificate (certificate for non-formal education).
