“We don’t have Another Planet” will be the motto, and main goal of youth exchange ‘Sustainability 4 Positive change’ is to increase environmentally responsible behavior of the participants of youth exchange and indirectly of young people from their communities and/or reached through online dissemination activities and local follow up events.

Objectives of youth exchange ‘Sustainability 4 Positive change’:

1. To exchange good practices on sustainability focusing on youth;
2. To increase knowledge on sustainability: the concept, meaning;
3. To inspire participants to live more sustainable lifestyle;
4. To teach participants about Erasmus+ Programme and project writing and project management;
5. to support initiatives for living green life, recycling, and meet sustainability goals;
6. To establish future partnerships, and networking in the field of sustainability;

Sustainability 4 Positive Change is a YE that is reflecting the Europe 2020 Strategy aiming for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, the objectives of Erasmus + Programme and national strategies of participating countries.
Project‘Sustainability 4 Positive Change’will especially support development will give participants opportunity and open space for new initiatives and ideas in framework of ecology and sustainable development. This project will also increase young people critical thinking, active participation and their involvement in decision making processes with aim to make their future more sustainable.
We plan to implement youth exchange ‘Sustainability 4 Positive Change’ involving young people from Programme countries.
Venue: Youth exchange ‘Sustainability 4 Positive Change’ will take place in Gothenburg region, in Floda, Sweden.
Participating countries: Project will connect 60 participants from following countries: Sweden, Republic of North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy and Spain. Project will include 24 young people with fewer opportunities facing economic and geographical obstacles.
Target group: Young people in age from 18 to 25 (limited number of the participants will be in age 25 to 30) with strong interest in key topic of the project – sustainability and living sustainable life, open to work in non-formal educational settings with their peers coming from other countries.

We expect to have results on the participants, partner organistions and local communities of partners.
Participants: They will get to know new competencies especially in the areas of 1. sustainable development, 2. Sustainable Development Goals, 3. Sustainable lifestyle, 4. Project management and 5. Erasmus + Programme. They will improve set of competencies that they can apply at their daily life while studying or looking for a job:
-they will have an opportunity to improve their communication and writing skill (in mother tongue and especially in English),
– their ability of self-expression as well as ability to work in intercultural team.
We will encourage the participants become an active citizens and share new competencies with other young people in their homes.
Partner organizations: They will raise their knowledge on sustainable development, Sustainable Development Goals, project management, Erasmus + Programme, develop new contacts and strengthen the partnerships. Moreover, we believe that the participants will become motivated by youth exchange to take active part in life of their communities and thus the participating organizations will gain volunteers and members willing to share their knowledge with other young people around them and raise awareness on the importance of sustainability. Moreover, partners will have an opportunity to develop new projects and strengthen their position in their communities.

In long-term perspective we believe that local communities of participating countries, young people, youth workers, leaders, youth organizations will benefit from key project results: new projects based on ideas developed during youth exchange, booklet of good practices including stories of participants, links to materials on sustainable development. Moreover, we are sure that youth exchange ‘Sustainability 4 Positive Change’ will encourage anyone reached to think about the importance to switching to more sustainable lifestyle and making change that matters.
