We Have A Story – Testimonials

Hello there, I am Aleksandar Miloshevikj. I study Law and I took part in an Erasmus+ funded youth exchange in Istanbul, Turkey, from the 30th of March to the 7th of April.

“We have a story” was a project with a unique experience providing information on fighting discrimination, social exclusion, and creating socially inclusive societies as one of the key areas that European union, and society worldwide struggles with. The whole process went through different activities, exercises, and games, raising the awareness about the problems of the modern society that exist so in the future we would know how to work toward fighting injustice and prejudice.
This was my ninth project Erasmus+ project. I came home with a bag full of memories, new knowledge, and experience. On the project, I had the opportunity to meet a lot of wonderful, interesting, smart, and funny young people. I developed different skills during the exchange as communication and social skills.

I suggest this type of non-formal education to every young person because, unlike in formal education, things here are taught in an interesting and fun way. Finally, a big thanks for the organizations that are writing projects and creating opportunities inside the Erasmus+ program.

This was my second project of this type, and I will gladly participate as much as I can in the future. I’m coming back home with a bag full of memories, new knowledge, and experience. On the project, I had the opportunity to meet a lot of wonderful young people who will remain my friends for life. In addition, the project itself helped me to cope more easily with public speaking as well as develop my critical thinking.
I suggest this type of non-formal education to every young person because, unlike in formal education, things here are taught in an interesting and fun way. Finally, a big thanks to the organization for allowing me to represent them on such a project, and I’m definitely open to more mutual cooperation in the future. As soon as the project ended, I realized that anyone who had once taken part in the Erasmus project had become addicted to the Erasmus program.
