The main activity is a youth exchange that will take place near Kragujevac in Serbia. During this project, the 30 participants from Ukraine, North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia and Germany learn to design, organize and guide youth exchange programs. They will learn how real intercultural learning can take place during youth exchanges. In teams, the participants develop their own ideas for international youth meetings which they will hopefully implement together in their team in 2022. The participants exchange their own experiences of intercultural learning. They will deal with what cultures are based on and how it is possible in exchange programs to work against populism, discrimination and nationalism. The participants get to know Serbia and, through the other participants, a little bit also about the other countries involved. The youth exchange aims to help reduce prejudices and open up opportunities for new partnerships between the organizations involved.
Priority will be given to participants who have not participated in Erasmus + projects so far.
